Fujifilm Superia X-TRA 400 is a daylight-balanced consumer color negative film from Fujifilm's long-running Superia line, introduced around 1998. It's known for a cool color palette that leans into greens and blues, fine grain for its speed, and a slight magenta cast on skin tones and whites. It uses Fujifilm's Super Fine-Σ (Sigma) Grain Technology for sharp, detailed results that hold up in enlargements. Superia X-TRA 400 was discontinued as a standalone roll film in 2024. For years it was the stock loaded inside the QuickSnap Flash 400, though current disposables appear to use a different Fuji 400 emulsion, so the two are no longer guaranteed to be the same film.
