A compact autofocus point-and-shoot from Kodak's 1990s Cameo series, with a quartz date back.
The lens is an Ektanar with two-zone autofocus, focusing from about 0.8m to infinity. Film advance and rewind are motorized, and film speed is read off the DX code across ISO 100 to 400.
The flash fires automatically in low light, with a guide number of 8m at ISO 100.
It is small and light, roughly 123 by 69 by 33mm and 170g on a lithium cell, and it adds a switchable panoramic mask and a self-timer. QD is the quartz date imprint.
