A color negative film sold by Switzerland's Ilford Imaging, which is not the company that makes Ilford black and white film.
The two Ilfords are separate companies. Harman Technology in the UK makes the black and white emulsions; Ilford Imaging in Switzerland packages film it buys in, and this is one of those.
Ilford Imaging sells it on a vintage look, with reds it says come out stronger. In practice the developed film has a green base with no edge markings, coarse grain and muted color, and skies often render yellow rather than blue.
Those traits point to a rebadged ORWO emulsion, possibly Wolfen NC500. Ilford Imaging does not say who coats it.
