The budget end of Harman's own black and white range, sold under the Kentmere name.
Harman coats it on a 5 mil acetate base and sells it in DX-coded cassettes as well as in 100 foot bulk and 120.
It is the cheap end of Harman's range rather than a different kind of film. Grain is coarser and the tonal scale shorter than HP5 Plus, and it takes rough processing better than either its price or its speed suggests.
It is what to shoot when the cost of the roll is the thing stopping you shooting.
