There is no boxed Gold 800 cassette. Kodak sells this emulsion inside the FunSaver and its other single-use bodies, and the developed strip is edge-marked GT 800. Anything advertised as a Gold 800 roll is either a single-use camera or film harvested out of one.
Kodak sells it on holding the color and detail of a slower film at a speed that works in mixed and low light, with skin tones kept accurate.
