Yes!Star is a medical film company in Nanning, Guangxi. Fujifilm moved finishing of Fujicolor C200 and C400 to its facility in mid-2024, and photography outlets report this roll is that same C400 under a different label.
C400 is itself widely reported to be coated by Kodak in the US and to be close to UltraMax 400.
